Fall Colors set the early pace but gave way to Manacor who led the second time around. Alvitude challenged Manacor with three fences left. These two dueled to the last fence and Alvitude won going away.

Sweet Talking Guy ran in Rutledge Classic's shadow for much of the race and took a share of the lead three fences from home. These two battled to the last and Sweet Talking Guy proved best in the stretch.

Rodie set the pace in the very early going, but Show King quickly assumed command after the second fence. Show King steadliy widened on the field and romped home alone as much the best.

Naturally Won went to the front immediately. After Bob Greco lost his rider and Gusto at Dawn was pulled up in the early going, he was left alone in the amateur and novice rider timber race. The foxhunters ran with amateur/novice horses and Air Maggy raced close to Naturally Won throughout the combined races.
